The model never touches a figure.
AI only decides the layout — which columns, groupings, totals and chart — from your headers and a few sample rows. Every delivery then copies and adds up the numbers in code, straight from the source.
Each workbook ends with a Source check sheet: every total recomputed with live Excel formulas and compared with the ledger. If a column disappears at the source, the delivery stops with a clear message instead of guessing.
